Questions about Six Week 6-Pack

Options
Hi guys,

Apologies if this has been asked an answered, but I searched and didn't find anything specific to my questions :)

I was doing 30DS and hurt my shoulder, and I can't do strength-training. I want to keep up workouts aside from my jogging, so I was looking into other Jillian Michaels videos.

Does Six Week 6-Pack require a lot of arm work? If so, is it high-impact? Is it similar in difficulty to 30DS?

Thanks!

From what I've heard from friends who have done it, Not a lot of arm work.

From my point of view it is A LOT of direct ab work and I am no fan of that kind of training.

    Thanks for your reply.

I'd much rather be doing a more comprehensive plan, but due to my rotator cuff injury, it's just not possible right now. :/

It has much less work in terms of arms, but is a great cardio work out!

It only has a few arm movements. The majority is abs & cardio. When she has you do plank jacks or mountainclimbers just do jump ropes instead. It is a good workout. The killer buns & thighs dvd & banish fat boost metabolism dvd are great too. They use even less arm exercises in them.
