Hey there! I'm 21 and I'm about to move to Arlington. Any Georgetown/GWU/AU/CUA students around here, or just 20-somethings who live in the DC metro area?

    I'm not really looking for info about the area. I'm just about to start grad school and thought it would be nice to meet some other health-conscious people in the area. For support. :)

    Hi All!!

    I live in DC and am in my 20s. My biggest obstacle is not having an accountability partner, I can workout and eat healthy but then I start to "cheat" here and there then 6 months later back to where I started. How does everyone else deal with motivation?
