    Thank you everyone!!

    I am currently at 195 lbs, Ive gained some weight from not caring lately. Maintaining weight loss is HARD. But I'm trying every day is a new day. I try not to cheat or do poorly too often but we are all human. Some days I feel like I've come so far I deserve a little break. But that only results in weight gain after a couple weeks. SO I'm back at it again and hoping to be a solid 185 by the Holidays.
