I made it for the first time and I will never buy it from the store again! SOOO DELISH!
1 cup almonds (soaked overnight and i popped the skins off)
4 cups water
6 medjool dates, pitted
1 tsp vanilla extract
Threw it all in the blendtec, put it on 'soup' for 90 seconds, strained it thru cheesecloth into my mason jars and voila!
Got the recipe here: http://www.choosingraw.com/raw-101-homemade-almond-milk/

fresh is amazing.... don't forget to keep you pulp for making cheese, pate, or adding to other recipes to 'bulk' it up!0
