New to MFP and starting the 30 day shred..Day 2

I'm new(ish) to myfitnesspal - actually started using it only 2 weeks ago and liking it. Anyway - I'm doing the 3DS - wondered if anyone wanted to do it as well.
It'll also be good to have friends too -to motivate :)

    I am on day 2 of level 2 of the 30 day shred and I am so sore this morning I can't hardly move. What day are you on?

    I love 30 day shred, I have done it twice now and every now and then I will pop it in the dvd and workout to it... You are more than welcome to add me and I will be there to motivate you and to work through the levels with you. What day are you on.

    I like to add the 30 DS to my other routines rather than using it as my exclusive routine. It is a great workout though!!
