      Well, I occasionally forget to put my underwear on before I leave the house but, usually my clothes are on.

      The problem is that a lot of my good parts are parts that are hidden when I'm in clothes. So looking at myself in the mirror naked does give me some motivation to not only work on the parts that are good already but to fix / get rid of the parts that aren't so good.

      That being said.. I like looking at certain other people naked in the mirror as well :)
