What's the best way to slim down my legs when it comes to running? I usually do a lot of interval training on the treadmill but I've noticed that my thighs got bigger/muscular which isn't what I want. Some people say the best way to slim your legs is by running at a moderate speed for a long time instead of interval training.. what do you think?

Hey there~
I think it depends on your body type. I have run 3 marathons and never once did my thighs get leaner. In fact my husband would often comment on my muscles getting bigger.
My trainer (after the 3rd marathon) suggested HIIT ~ short, FAST sprint runs (20min max - like running so fast you are going to throw up - fast)
I did that and it certainly helped lean me out more
still not where I want to be, but Im not as bulky as before.
but again - I think its all about your own body type. Good luck!0
