I dug deep daily. Tried my best on the diet, but didn't keep it to strict. I had fun with Insanity and had my bad times with Shaun T. 2 rounds of it changed my life. Allow my results to motivate you! If you have any inquiries, feel free to ask!! Shooting for my 3rd round next week. This week, I'm doing a recovery. I plan to be flexible with the next round's workouts!
