  • I'm in - is anyone going to define "work out" or are we just going to set our own parameters? If it's our own, my goal is to exercise (walk, dance, skate) 30 minutes continuously.

    I think 30 minutes of continuous activity constitutes a workout.

    BTW, I'm in on this challenge and I will let no gall bladder or sick child stop me from completing it!

    Everyone is welcome, and you define your own workouts. We just track each day we do a workout, and the goal is 20 or more by the end of the month. I'm ready! Are you?
