After 3 ½ years I weigh what I did when I first started. More, actually. Course I did quit smoking. But 46 is right around the corner and my hips are starting to hurt and I am getting scared. I went back to water aerobics and lost 4 pounds this week. And I have cut down on wine, I just can’t handle the alcohol calories like I used to.

Welcome. Try to keep your spirits and motivation up. I also quit smoking and it was one of the best things I ever did. It will be worth it. And we'll keep on working at exercise and eating more healthy.0
