I try to eat 5-6 small meals per day that way Im always eating and it seems to help keep the cravings down. I also have low cal high protein energy bars for those in between meal snacks that are healthy and wont kill your daily calorie totals....and drink lots of water.

    I totally do that!!

If it's too early to go to bed, I go for a walk first. Exercise seems to help me control my munchies.
  • I recommend herbal teas like Camomile & Spearmint before you go to bed; it may just be my imagination but I'm pretty sure a cup of that helps me off to the land of nod quicker than usual! Plus 0 cals - woop!

    Sweet dreams! x

Light popcorn doesn't have a whole lot of calories but it's pretty filling.
  • also if you haven't eaten too much earlier then it's okay to eat something if you allow a little time to digest.
