If anyone would have told me that I will run a 5k no stopping in less than 30 min I would have told him he is nuts...
Today I did it for the 5th time :-) with my average mile at 8:37

    terrific! keep it up! i recently broke the 30 minute barrier.. but only by a few seconds.. have you tried the bridge to 10k program.. if you haven't, i must warn you.. it'll make you an addict...

    Jealous! Awesome. I've never broken 30! I did it backwards, though--first race I trained for was a full marathon :facepalm: We aimed for slow and steady, lol.
