I haven't lost as much weight as many here (yet), but I was just checking out some face changes for myself, and I was surprised that my chin isn't nearly as round as it was 5-6 months ago. Kind of crazy!0

at the moment im doing insanity, before that i was just doing zumba, walking and cycling afew times a week! iv lost 65lbs now without once going to a gym or really changing my diet! i eat all exercise cals and eat on average 2000cals a day0 -
