Keeping track and put everything down !! I was having problems recently weigh was just up/down up/down!! so went back to when I was doing well and read up what I'd been eating then and have put it back into practice and back on track again :-) good luck loosing the weight.

Hello Everyone... I am new to this and not sure where to start. I have struggled with being overweight all my life. I can stick to any fad diet for a couple weeks to a month, but then I gain it all back. I have decided this time that I am going to try this without weightloss pills, shakes, fad diets, etc. I am going to try to eat smaller portions and make healthier choices. I have a LONG way to go and thought I would try this.... Anyone want to help?0
