100 SIDE LATS!

If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to beat your previous # by 5 or 10! Be sure to brag when you’re done!
You can go without weights of course, but if you add weight, don’t forget to brag!
Don't have weights? Surely there is something heavy around? A book? A couple of cans? Jug of OJ?
Break them up into sets if need be.
Post once to accept the challenge and again (before midnight!) when completed!

ok... I accepted the challenge and went straight to my home gym.... :-)
I'm proud to say that I completed the chanllenge with 3lbs weights... :-)
now back to the gym to do another 40minutes on the treadmill...0 -

Had to do ten sets of ten at 5lbs each, but I gotta 'em done0

Two sets of 50 with 5lbs, all done! Tested 10lbs, shoulders were making all kinds of noises. Thanks for the adventure, I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow.0
