Resistance Cords Workouts?

Hi, my lovely husband bought me a set of resistance cords (Tricords) today (the bungee type ones with handles), and it comes with a DVD with one program on it. I was wondering if anyone knows of any other DVD's using them? I recall seeing one but I can't remember who or what it was? Was a woman, possibly blonde, lol, awful memory! Thanks!

P90X also uses resistance bands.

Another place to look is to go to bodybuilding.com. They have a number of bodyweight and band exercises available.

I just used "chest" as a general link, but you can select virtually any muscle group and deselect everything except resistance bands and bodyweight and it will filter the results for you.

I have turbo jam lower body it uses them. Its another by chaleane and a good leg workout
