Hi everyone I am new in this and I hope it can help me keep track of my diet so that I can finally achieve the body I want and reach my weight desired.... I am latina and love to dance and keeping my weight off is one of the most important things for me since I want to be able to move as light as a feather.... I currently lost 30 lbs since last year on Insanity and reach 135. Sadly I hurt my back with the workout and discontinue my workouts. Ever since I have been slacking do to the lower back pain that I get. I am now at 145 and its sad but I want to do my best to reach my Goal Weight and even thought I have to discontinue most high cardio workouts I am willing to do whatever it takes to get back on track.... Anyways that is it for my introduction. I hope to meet great friends who I can encourage and get support from. Good Luck to All!
