Wow!!! It is only 9/4 and we are already on part two! We may need to think about moving this to the group section, but I love to keep this accessible for those just starting, so they can get into a challenge easily. What do you think?

Oh yea, 1 pound lost so far!! TOM is coming this next week so I don't expect to lose any more until maybe the 29th when I'll drop a few pounds hopefully. Slow and steady wins the race. Not sure 155 is a realistic goal this month but I'm still aiming for 145 by Christmas I want to start reincorporating strength training this week but with exams I'm not sure how realistic this is either.
