Woohoo. My tuna sandwiches have more proteinin the bread than in the tuna.

I don't know what tuna you're using but mine has around 25gm of protein for each 100 gm of Tuna.0

Yeah I get 18g protein per half-tin so I dunno what tuna you're eatin lol!
(Half-tin = approx 55g)0 -
Half a can of tuna = 18g protein
Half a tub cottage cheese = 15g protein
8 slices of bread = 24g protein0 -
So, yeah, I am eating a lot of bread with that.0
