I'm 24 years old, 5'1". I started in the 150's and now I'm at 135. I am happy at this weight, but just want to tone up.
My goal weight is 128, but I'm willing to move it up or down as needed.0 -
I'm 24 and 5' even, and right now I'm aiming for 130. It's been so long since I was anywhere near that number, and I have no idea where my comfort level will be. But I feel like 130 is a good number to aim for right now.0

Hi!
I'm 5'1" and my goal weight is 125. Once I reach that goal, I'll re-evaluate. My ideal goal weight is supposed to be 105. Yeah, I don't see that happening at all.
I'm 43.0 -
I'm 5'1" and 39. I had started at 133 and had my goal weight set at 120, and I reached that, but I still feel like there is more to lose, especially in my back/love handle area and in my stomach, so I'm going for 115 for now. I think your goal weight is a very individual thing. You have to decide not only what you want to look like, but how you want to feel and how hard you want to work to get there. Some people aren't willing to give up what they consider "living" in order to reach a particular weight, so they're happy with a compromise of somewhere in between. It totally depends on how active you are and how much muscle vs. fat you're carrying. You might think of it in terms of fat percentage instead of weight also. 25% is the highest of the normal fat range for women. Maybe that would be a place to start?0

I am 5'1.5" amd my goal weight is between 115-125 i am 39 so at least 125 but any thing less than what iam currently would be nice0

5'0 with a goal weight of 106. I started at 168, down to 104 after a year and now want to build more muscle. I can already see some abs, but my *kitten* and legs are lacking.0

I think those weight charts are completely irrelevant! Each person is an individual, and needs to have individual goals.0

Hi everyone I'm 46, 5' 1/2" I've set my goal weight at 131. I've lost 8 pounds with 14 pounds to go. I may adjust that once I reach my goal weight. I don't want to look like I did in my 20's (way too thin) so we shall see! Good luck to all of you!0

i'm going to be 36 on the 24th and i am 5.2ft inches/ I am currently down to 122, goal of 120. my goal at 1st was 130, then 125.. I doubt i will go under 120, my dr also said not to go under 120 b/c of my age and i am a med build.,
I'm confused by your age being a factor. I'm 38 and 5'4" and my goal is 117. I didn't check with my doctor first, but I really don't see why my age should make much of a difference as to what is a healthy weight.0 -
I am 5'1 and my goal is 1350

I'm 5' 1" in my mid- 20s. I've been thinking of this because even though the BMI says one range. I'm not completely sure if I have an end goal or more of an end range.
Ultimate weight range: 98 lbs - 120 lbs
Mini goals:
1. 150 lbs
2. 140 lbs
3. 130 lbs
4. 120 lbs
5. 110 lbs
6. 100 lbs
I figure it will take anywhre from 6 months to over a year.0 -
I'm 30 and 5'1.5, my goal weight is 119lbs and a 24 inch waist. I currently weigh 140lbs (with 27 inch waist) so that's 21lbs to go. I'm hoping to lose it by the end of the year!0

I'm 5'0 tall. My UGW is 100 pounds0

I'm 5'1 and 1/2, and my UGW is 110. I chose it because back when I was 120 I still didn't like the way I lookedt. I'm not sure if its the right weight for me, but I figure once I get down close to it I will figure out what works best.0

I'm 5'1" and my highest was 172. Now down to 162.5, tks. to mfp. My goal is 125 (but ultimately I would really like to shoot for 119!). I don't know how realistic that is though. I'm 66 yrs. and hypothyroid (taking Levothyroxine 100mcg). I've started aerobics at the gym and I plan on adding strength training (weights) to my weekly exercise. In my early 20's, I was about 115 and I remember that as being a very good weight for my frame. I've been losing about 1/2 to 1 lb. a week.0

5'2" here and I'm aiming for 135. If I look great and have some nice muscle tone at that weight; great! If I don't and still feel like there's some fat to lose, I'll be aiming for something in the 120's. I've been as low as 113lbs before as an adult but I wasn't healthy aka skinny fat.0

I'm 5'3", am 63, and just got married. My goal weight is 145.0
