Chicken Wings
I have a bunch of raw chicken wings left over from a party over the weekend that I didn't use.
I'm looking for some healthy crock pot recipes that I can use the remaining meat. I figure I will throw them into the crock pot tomorrow and come home to a nice tasty dinner

Do they have breading or flavoring on them? You can throw them in with some broth, veggies, and noodles for a chicken noodle soup. Or, you can use a cream soup, veggies and a breading on top for a pot pie. Either sounds good and I'm making one or the other tonight, for tomorrow.0

No breading or seasoning. Just raw from the pack.0

What I like to do is put all of the wings on a pan and put them under the broiler for 10 min on one side them turn them over for another 10 min under the broiler. Then I put them in the crockpot and cover them with teriyaki sauce (bottle or homemade) and put them on high for about 2 hours or low for 4. It is awesome, the meat just slides off the bone! Good luck!

This sounds great. I have always wondered what tricks other people use to cup off the wing tips. Do they cut better thawed? And where exactly is the joint I'm am halving at?
Obviously I'm used to eating my wings prepared by other people.
But I do have some wings in the freezer that I've been meaning to cook.0 -

Isn't 10 chicken wings (given they have skin that can't really be removed) have anywhere from 1,000 to 1,500 calories and 75g to100g of fat?0
