Hello everyone, I started here two days ago and decided to finally take a break and introduce myself. I live in a small town where we don't have a gym so my motivation has always been limited. I do however live close enough to a city called Klamath Falls. I would drive the extra 20 miles one way to go to the gym if, I could talk myself into it. I always find a reason not to exercise. Lack of motivation I guess.
My goal is to lose close to 52 lbs, it's going to be a long road, and I know I could use some motivated friends to help. So if your willing to help me, I would greatly appreciate the help.
I have learned that so far a few key things, documenting all your food I take really does help. :-)
Have a great day everyone, it is Sunday and football season

Losing weight means doing cardio. You don't need to do that at a gym..you can walk, run, ride a bike, etc. wherever you are.
i do a lot of cardio at the gym because initially I lacked the discipline to work out at my house / on my own. I ride a bike a lot now, because cardio at the gym can get boring. Congrats on your new goal, stick with it, and you will achieve it.0 -
you can work out at home and get just as good results as if you work out at the gym. weight training is also important to loose fat. if loosing fat is your goal i would suggest to go to a caloric deficet and try "IF"(intermittent fasting) and watch the lbs melt away.0

Would you explain how you do IF during the course of a week? What kind of results does it give you???0

intermittent Fasting is a very easy thing to input in your daily routine. it doesnt matter when you start eating just as long as you lower your eating window to 4-8hrs. I would recommend that you finish eating later on in the day(5pm-7pm) so you dont go to bed with an empty stomach. The rest of the day you dont consume any calories(crystal light and gum are fine) but you really just want to have water. To get even better results workout before your eating window. when you do this all of the calories and energy you burn will be from your fat storage. And dont worry you will not be starving yourself, after the first day or two you shouldnt be feeling hungry at all and if you do drink a glass of cold water and kick hungers *kitten*. I hope this helps, but please reply if you have any more questions.0
