    Well.. surprisingly enough...I lost 60 from Nov to April ..only 5 months..and now have stalled for 4 months..meh :grumble:

    Or, you lost 62 lbs in 9 months, which is almost 7 lbs/month. Now that your close to your goal, its going slower.

    wow look at you!! The before and after is amazing! Your face looks so much younger in the after photos. Not only did you slim down but wow you went back in time! Awesome!!!

    The whole posting pictures things is a mystery to me, but I had the gym owner take a few starting pictures of me. You look amazing. I am just starting and can't even imagine myself 64 pounds smaller. I'm looking for 15 pounds by the 3rd week of December so I can get a Garmin multi function fitness monitor as a reward.

    I can't even imagine what it would be like to be 60 lbs lighter. I just came back to try one more time at losing the weight. Someone posted this to me and I guess they are right. Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.
