High calorie/calorie-dense food suggestions, please?

Options
Hi

I know nuts and peanut butter are good choices but what if someone can't take nuts or peanuts? At the moment, they're eating energy tablets/sweets (150 calories per tablet :noway: ) but any other options for calorie-dense food?

Thanks.

I add heavy cream and coconut oil to my morning coffee. Both are good fats and a tablespoon of each equals about 180 cals...and like I said really good for you fats.
