% of proteins,fats and carbs

Need help. What is a good % of proteins, carbs and fats to maximize weight loss. I do cardio 3 days a week and strength training 3 days a week. And will a calcium supplement help I do not consume alot of dairy.

Everyone is different and depending on your weight and goals etc... the % are different.
I have attached a website below that is full of information and will help you calculate you own personal % of fat, proteins, and Carbs.

Some studies show a benefit from calcium, it's worth trying a supplement as I can't see a downside and they're cheap enough.0 -
