% of proteins,fats and carbs

Need help. What is a good % of proteins, carbs and fats to maximize weight loss. I do cardio 3 days a week and strength training 3 days a week. And will a calcium supplement help I do not consume alot of dairy.

    Diets with 30 or 35% calories from protein usually do better than lower protein levels for weight loss and muscle retention.

    Some studies show a benefit from calcium, it's worth trying a supplement as I can't see a downside and they're cheap enough.
