I just started this week myself and I even have purchased a treadmill. I really am going to stay positive about it GOOD LUCK0

Great! The bad part is I have had my very nice treadmill for almost a year! but starting to go to the gym, walking on my treadmill, staying positive and losing my weight. Most people think I way 235-245 but I am almost 290. So My goal is to lose 90 pounds! After the first 10 I will be hooked!0
