Don't lose heart. It can be done. In the past maintenance has always been hard, but it can be achieved. I have been afraid to weigh myself to see if I made progress, but I know I feel better about me. Just tonight I wanted chocolate soooo bad, but I brushed my teeth and the craving went away. There is no perfect program, just keep going, it is so worth it.0

Just started today, love that there is an app for my Droid and I can scan items that I eat instead of looking up everything Found a daily workout list on Pinterest that I also started so I can add excercise to food tracking to see if that helps.
