Mon: 529 - strength training and bike riding
Tues: 597 - bike ride and 4 mile run
Wed: 709 bike ride and ab workout
Thur: 412 walk and strength training
Fri: 674 mowing lawn & circuit training

Thur: 857 (75 minutes Eliptical, 30 minutes pers. trainer, 5 miles treadmill)
Fri: 459 (5 mile leisurely walk outdoors)
Sat: 881 (60 minute eliptical + 5 mile treadmill walk+ 20 minutes misc gym machines)
