I recently updated my MFP profile picture with a new picture taken on September 15. My previous picture was taken on August 12.

I've lost 8 pounds in that time and feel great.

Just thought I'd share.

    Thanks :) Yup, I am feeling really good. I am just 5 pounds from my lightest weight in 11 years!

    Thanks everyone. I have been having a rough day (stress at work) but this lifted me up.

    The last month I have really made an effort to walk more and workout doing something every day.

    The confidence I have now is higher than its been in awhile.

    I was not willing to post a picture a month ago, but my friends here have helped so much.
