    Mon: 529 - strength training and bike riding
    Tues: 597 - bike ride and 4 mile run
    Wed: 709 bike ride and ab workout
    Thur: 412 walk and strength training
    Fri: 674 mowing lawn & circuit training
    Sat: 652 4 mile walk w/ dog, short run and ab ripper
    Sun: rest day

    been using my HRM big difference in the calories verus using MFP exercise info...might need to adjust for next week

    Mon: 842 (70 minutes Elliptical + 5 mile outdoor walk)
    Tues: 627 (100 minutes exercise cd' s+ 5 mile outdoor leisurely walk)
    Wed: 772 (80 minutes exercise bike, outdoor: 2.5 mile walk /jog intervals, 2.5 mile walk )
    Thur: 857 (75 minutes Eliptical, 30 minutes pers. trainer, 5 miles treadmill)
    Fri: 459 (5 mile leisurely walk outdoors)
    Sat: 881 (60 minute eliptical + 5 mile treadmill walk+ 20 minutes misc gym machines)
