What do you wear?

What do you wear when you exercise? Are you comfortable wearing shorts and bra (ladies)? Or do you wear a t-shirt? shirt of any kind over bra?
I sweat so much now during workouts that shirts are bothering me. I have never worked out without one and just taking a census of what others may find comfortable.

I wear shorts, sports bra and a Quick Dry tank I picked up at JCPenny.0

Shorts, sports bra & wicking tank or tee on top.0

Im very safe when it comes to the gym. What i mean by that is I wear a short sleeved v-neck shirt. Usually blue or black and I have blue or black sweatpant/athletic pant bottoms.
I still have the unsightly rolls in the midsection and as I dont like looking at them, Im sure the rest of the gym doesnt want to see them either. :laugh:0 -
When out walking this summer it was my normal bra (don't have a sports bra), 3/4 length T-shirt, capris, walking shoes. Obviously now that it's getting colder that will change to long sleeve T and pants. At home, on the pilates machine, it's yoga or sweat pants and a T-shirt, sometimes PJs. Even at home with my husband, I won't show off the bat wing upper arms or the stomach rolls. :laugh:0

a baggy t-shirt, sports bra, yoga pants/capris. and a bandana because i sweat so friggin much!0

Shorts and a sleeveless shirt or tank top - sleeves annoy me when I'm working out.0

Used to be t-shirt and shorts but I bought my first sports bra about a month ago and I don't know how I went so long without one! Now I wear it and soffee shorts or just some pj bottoms.
I need to invest in a good pair of workout shorts though, anyone have any suggestions?0 -
I walk in my street clothes; jeans, tank top, bra and panties, and various shirts over that depending on season. That way I can hide the ankle braces under the hem of my jeans.
I do yoga in my bra and panties and ankle braces at home.0 -
Leggings, sports bra, and a dry-weave shirt. Tshirt material is horrible to exercise in. Get some dry-weave shirts - they have them at Old Navy and Target for cheap!0
-
Capri pants and a long length racer back vest top. I like to cover up, but I cannot work in restrictive clothes.0
-
I wear jeans, a push-up bra, and a tanktop, no joke. The reason is because that's what I wear to work, generally speaking, and I go straight from work to the gym.0

sports bra and a Quick Dry tank and shorts0

Depends on what I'm doing, where I'm doing it, etc. Running, usually some compression tights or those Nike running shorts with the built in underwear, a sports bra, and some kind of moisture wicking tank top. Lifting weights, fitted t-shirt or tank, and shorts. Yoga, either tight yoga pants or yoga shorts, and sports bra and some kind of soft tank top (not necessarily a fancy running one). If it's outside, and it's hot out, shorts/tank top, cooler weather longer tights and possibly a long sleeved dry fit top.
I long for the day I can run or do yoga without a shirt on. My abs aren't exactly on point yet and nobody needs to see all of that in action just yet lol0 -
Yoga pants & a sweat wick top. I got mine really cheap in the clearance section on the Kohls website.0

My goal is to be one of those girls who can work out in a sports bra only.
But for now, I usually wear a tank over it. I have moved to buying work out specific clothes and I find that the moisture wicking clothes, like the Nike Dri-fit stuff, really does work better to take the sweat away and help me not feel so gross during a work out. I rarely will wear a plain cotton t or tank because they get so weighted down!0 -
At home in my basement I wear sports bra and shorts. In public I add a wicking tank or shirt. I never, ever wear a cotton t-shirt to work out in. It holds in all of the sweat. I couldn't tell from your post what kind of shirt you are wearing, but I would suggest investing in a couple of wicking/ dry fit shirts if sweat is an issue for you.0

I love Nike tempo running shorts. I wear them for just about everything. I have a couple pairs of compression shorts but I find they ride up if I do any work on the bike or stair climber.0 -
Invest in a quick dry shirt. I wear a sports bra and quick dry shirt or t-shirt if they aren't clean (happens lol). My daughter is comfortable working out in her bra at home but I can't get myself to even do it there. Lol! I'm too self-conscious.0

Depends on what I'm doing and where I'm doing it. Lifting at home, I usually don't bother changing into workout clothes. If I haven't showered yet, I'll wear whatever I slept in. For running outside, I'll wear either a tank, tee or wicking shirt, and some kind of jogging shorts. If it's below 45F, I'll wear a light track jacket and maybe gloves, possibly capris instead of shorts. If it's below 30, I'll wear long pants, a hat that covers my ears, and a long sleeved shirt under the track jacket.0

I work out in gym shorts, a sports bra, and one of my dads old black tshirts (hes a big dude and I'm big so it works for now). I never minded the cotton or the sweating even though I drench through them. I'd rather be covered up and I'm not uncomfortable as long as I have a good sports bra on underneath.0

When riding I wear Pearl iZUMi Men's Quest Cycling Short, a Pearl Izumi Men's Quest Sleeveless Jerseyand a Halo II headband.
When working out at home I wear prAna Men's JD Short, Pearl Izumi Men's Infinity Intercool Sleeveless Shirt and the Halo II.
I know this was probably directed toward the ladies but there's my 2 cents anyway.0 -
Zella pants and capris and zella tank top or shirt if its chilly. some of the Zella is like a sports bra with a loose tank topish attachment so its super comfortable0
-
I wear a really big tee shirt a sports bra and shorts or sweat pants. I am still too big to feel comfortable wearing anything showing.0
-
when I'm working out in the house, I wear what I have on in my avatar pic. When I go to the gym, I at least put a form-fitting tshirt over the sports bra, and sometime yoga pants instead of shorts.0
-
I've been working out at home lately so I just wear shorts or yoga pants and a sports bra. At the gym I add a dry weave tank.0
-
Shorts or leggings, bra, vest/short sleeve T.0

Running outside: Long compression shorts, wicking racerback tank, sports bra
At-Home workouts (P90X, RI30 etc): shorts and sports bra, no shirt
Ballet: leotard, tights, and a skirt0 -
Shorts, sports bra, and a wife beater. If it's hot and not many people are around, I workout in just my sports bra. I use to do male basketball shorts but I notice I can move more freely in the short female ones. Of course sweats when im outside in the winter.0
-
I usually rock yoga pants or crops, a sports bra (neon preferred!), and a baggier v-neck t-shirt. If it's summer, I like to do a shortie shorts/tank top/zip-up combo. At home, I just wear whatever!0
-
My gym has a mandatory shirt rule, so always a cotton tank top over a sports bra, and then either athletic shorts or yoga pants depending on the class.0
