What's on your top ten to motivate you? I like a lot of angry chick music but would love some more suggestions.

If I'm lifting, I like some harder music, maybe some Lamb of God, Deftones....when I'm running, I like a house music set (dance music), something that is long and flowing.

I just SoundHounded a song from the Abarth commercial with Charlie Sheen and the hot Italian where he's under house arrest & speeding thru the mansion...love the guitar riffs to that song and they had it on Spotify: Dog Scratched Ear - Henry's Funeral Shoe. Check it out.

    for cardio I use Danzig's "7th house".
If I'm running I actually really like running to the shins "Australia"
For dancing I like Javier Calderon "Empty"
I also really like the Fratelli's Chelsea Dagger (as seen in the movie Run, Fat boy, Run)

I'm kinda all over the place. John Mellencamp, Slipknot, Korn, Justin Timberlake, Disturbed, Cinderella, Godsmack, Motley Crue, Rush, Seether, Stained, Skid Row...etc. Mostly anything hard, but with an occasional sprinkle of hip hop or country. Been told I have a weird taste in music.

    I FEEL GOOD
    James Brown

Whoa-oa-oa! I feel good, I knew that I would, now

So good, so good, I got you

Whoa! I feel nice, like sugar and spice

So nice, so nice, I got you

    { sax, two licks to bridge }

When I hold you in my arms
I know that I can't do no wrong
and when I hold you in my arms
My love won't do you no harm

and I feel nice, like sugar and spice
I feel nice, like sugar and spice
