Chocolate Banana Protein Bread!

Just made this...so delicious and extremely easy to make!

Ingredients:

- 1 Cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup of oat flour (ground rolled oats- I used my blender)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup egg whites
- 1 and a half scoops of chocolate protein powder (50 grams)
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla

Oven to 350 (180c). Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor and pour into a loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes.

If it's not sweet enough, adding a little splenda would probably do the trick...i don't like my things quite as sweet so I didn't add any.

1/10th of recipe: 147 cals, 17 carb, 11 protein, 6 fat.
