50 squats a day!! who's in with me?

Everyday, no excuses. Today is my second day. At anytime of the day, just make sure to do your 50 squats. Anyone?

    Yikes, I managed 36 this morning with 12kgs extra weight bells....

    I started at 10 and worked my way up, 10 each day, and finally got to 50 yesterday. Did another 50 today. I'm determined to have a nicer *kitten*! lmfao

    only need 5 sets of 5, 3x week. Put some weight on your bar to make it worthwhile. I do 135#.
