There is already a group on here with lovely ladies and gentlemen looking to lose 28 pounds by christmas, but for those of us who are a little bit more lenient yet still looking to set a goal and have others setting out on the same path, I wanted to create this group!

So, I have set a personal goal to lose 20 pounds by christmas :) I hope you all will join me! And thank you to the other group for the inspiration!

My SW was 247,
My CW is 202
And my GW for Christmas is 182! :) I am very excited!!!

    Hi! This is my first time posting on these message board! But I'd love to lose 20 pounds by Christmas :) I totally fell off the wagon this summer, but I'm back on...hopefully for good.

    Starting weight: 225lbs
    Goal Weight by Christmas: 200!

    Seems like a far stretch but I'm pretty sure the pounds are mostly water weight. Good luck! Wish me luck! :)
