Got Sick and Lost Track :c

I need some support... I got mono back in February, and I barely ate anything, and I got conditioned to eat what I could, when I could. I had previously been doing really well, and had lost about 20-ish pounds. I've lost about 10 over the summer, but very slowly as compared to before, because I stopped using My Fitness Pal, as did my boyfriend, who was dieting with me.

I/we need some support to get back on track. :c

    Hey im kinda in the same boat.. Kinda. I had a baby in June after a really hard pregnancy and I pretty much have to start all over. I totally hear you. I would love to help be your motivation and you mine. if you want send me a friends request and we can do this. Kellie

    just try to track your food for a while like a week or two...Then change one meal at a time.
