Let's talk all about cheese here. What kind do you like? How do you like to eat it? When do you eat it? Do Marines eat cheese? Do hockey players eat cheese? Do aliens eat cheese? Why praise jesus, when you can braise cheeses?*

I like cheddar with my eggies or on my burger
And mozeralla on my pizza
I like cottage cheese with fruit
And cream cheese on a bagel, or in the form of cheesecake.

Praise Cheeses!

* that didn't make sense, but i liked how it rhymed.

I didn't like brie, but it grew on me. A lot.

I draw the line at gorgonzola! But not because of too much fat.

I somehow fell in love with Brie. I also draw the line @ gorgonzola ;)

    Port Salud.

It's a semisoft white, that tastes like a cross between havarti, gouda and muenster, only a little more delicate, with a light snap of sharpness around the edges. It's especially good as a dessert cheese, served with pears. *drools* SO delicious.

Where I come from, my people are not big on cheese. Infact, till I went to Europe I have only had twice maybe twice. But I LOVE cheese.

one of the best thing I ate is to make parmessan crackers.

Shred some good parmesan-reggiano and give it the shape of a cracker on a baking sheet. Baked for about 30 seconds and pull it out. it'll toughen up real quick and you can put your favorite cracker toppings on it for a nice little snack.

I am a feta cheese fanatic myself. It doesn't bring as much diversity as many other cheeses do (atleast to me) but by god is it good!

    Marines should be capitalized.
Also, Pepper Jack is my favorite on foods, and Cheddar is my favorite to just eat bits of.

Cheese is awesome. I'm a huge fan of just plain 'ole Cheddar, myself. But if a recipe has cheese in it, I'll usually eat it.

I have loved many cheeses, but Brie is my favorite.

My least favorite is not even cheese. It is a plastic-y menace known as American "cheese".
