calms me down and hydrates. it doesn't make me go all distracted, hyper and unfocused like coffee does...

My personal findings,
gave me some more energy and made me feel good ( if this as a result of the tea or my mind I have no idea)
and then there is this transformer!0 -
Calms me down.
But just like any other tea it contains caffeine, so it should be avoided before bed time and you should try to not to drink too much of it.
My approach: only whole leaves and no tea bags, wait 1-2 mins until it's very very light green color.0 -

I take it half an hour or so before my main workout of the day with a small snack, as rocket fuel to power me through :blushing:0 -

Helps me lose weight and keep healthy.
Makes my skin noticeably clearer and more glowing.

On top of the "healthy benefits" my doctor is always preaching about I drink it simply because I have IBS and it doesn't upset my stomach as much as my morning cup of coffee and depending on the blend (spice,camomille) it relaxes me. I have a Green Tea Chocolate Mint blend that tastes just like a Junior Mint. That is my personal treat after a really stressful day, as long as I make sure to buy the decaf blends.0 -
i also notice it helps with belly fat, at one stage i drank up to 4 cup a day and i love it
now i struggling to drink one a week0
