Women - what's your calorie goal?

I'm 5ft 7 and weigh 200lbs I'm on 1600 calories a day and eat back exercise calories if I can. So I'm usually at 1800-2000 a day. I am losing but slowly. But I have Hypothyroid also so I think that slows it down.
I don't believe in eating 1200 calories a day because its not realistic in the long term. Also eating 300 calories a day will do your body no favours!
As someone else said look at your TDEE (Total daily energy expenditure) and go from there. You will be surprised at how many calories you can eat!0 -
5'10 - 1200cal and I exercise and eat back none of them
I have actually lost weight for the first time in 8 months! Anything more than this and I gain weight or stay the same0 -
My daily goal is 1400 kcal's before excercise, most days I excercise enough to get another 200-250 kcal's worth of snacks into my meal plan. I'm 1.65 m.0

My goal is 1200, I'm usually between 1100 and 1200, which I don't struggle with at all. I rarely eat back exercise calories. I'm 5'5" and have lost just over 40 pounds since early April. It's working well for me.0

Hey girls,
Whats your daily calorie goal?
Are you having success?
How tall are you ?
MFP tells me to eat 1510 a day I think and I usually eat between 1300 and 1400. I was eating 1200 but since I upped it a bit I have had more success and have been losing about 1lb a week. I go by measurments more though and my jeans are falling down! I don't eat back exercise calories and work out 4 or 5 times a week, plus I'm active all the time as I have 2 young children. Since I never even hit 1500 calories, I couldn't manage the exercise calories too!
I'm 5 foot 6.0 -
My calorie goal lies on 1200 without exercise. I am 1.7 m tall. And yes, success indeed.
Having same goal with u, 1200 without exercise. Trying to stop eating too much as before and this is tough. Come on myself, lets fighting >"<0 -
Around 1500-1600 without exercise and around 2000 with (most days). I don't log my exercise and food any more (have been maintaining for a year) but know roughly the amount.0

I'm 5'5" and 140 pounds
I've set my cals to 1400 a day I exercise during the week but save my exercise cals to eat at the weekend where I usually eat about 2500 a day or more with booze and eating out :P I sometimes go over by about 200 cals during the week but am usually fairly good, I probably net on average 1700/1800 cals a day if you take into account exercise and weekend naughtiness add it all up and divide it by 7. I lose about half a pound a week.
I call it the weekday diet lol (prob not the best and most consistent way but it's just what fits in with my lifestyle, I want to lose weight but I don't want it dictating my social life, not everyones cuppa tea but works for me)0 -
I'm 5'5.5" and I usually eat all of my 2100 calories. I am losing slow and steady so I see no reason to not eat. I've done the eat little to be little and it doesn't work for me.0
-
Mine is 1200 cals a day and I'm 5ft 3". It's really working for me !0
-
I am 6ft/1.83cm and eat about 1800 a day. I get results but struggle with consistency.0
-
I'm 5'7, i try to net about 1450 a day and only add half my exercise calories. Only just restarted, but I had good success with this last summer.0
-
1680 daily, I'm in an active job though. I'm 5'3.5" tall. I get results too but sadly it's not linear.0

When I'm not pregnant--around 1600-1700 cals on rest days. Around 2000-2200 on heavy workout days. It's hard to eat back all my exercise calories...but I listen to my body and eat when I'm hungry. I also have my macros set to carbs 40%/protein 30%/fat 30%. And I watch my sodium.
Oh, yeah, I'm 5'5". And my pre-pregnant weight was 142.0 -
My goal is 1520 each day. I'm 5ft 9 and exercise 2-3 times per week.
I only eat my exercise calories if I am realy hungry but rarely go over my allowance.
I'm losing wieght slowly but this suits me as so no food is off limits so long as I track it and it fits into my daily allowance.0 -
1680...I was doing 1200 but it wasnt enough i was feeling drained all the time..so lowered my weightloss goal and upped my calories. I lost the first half of my weight before I came here, on higher calories than that so I am hopeful it will work. I am 5'6 and currently at 237...I went from 315lbs to 220 a few years back on 2000 cals a day.0
-
I eat about ~1600-1700 calories a day RIGHT NOW...that's until I return to my "happy weight." After that I'll be eating 1900-2000. I'm only 4'11 and 24.0
-
i"m 36 yo, 5"4', 131 pounds. My goal is 1550 and I eat back 2/3rds of my exercise.0
-
I eat 1900-2000 calories a day - a 20% reduction of my average TDEE.
I'm 5'6", currently 188lbs. I do strength training 3 days a week, and some cardio 2-3 days a week.
Tons of success at this calorie goal!! You can eat and lose weight0 -

Goal is 1570, without exercise. I eat back my exercise calories so normally 1500-2100, depending on the day, and yes, slowly but steadily. 15 days of logging and I'm down 3 lbs. Oh, and I'm 5'8. SW: 210 CW: 207 GW: 1380

5'2 1800 calories, lifting weights, gaining weight, going down in pants sizes, success? Absolutely!0

I am 5'8" and currently have MFP giving me 1390 a day. I eat this plus about half my exercise calories. It was set on 1,200 a day and about 6 or 7 weeks ago, I started gaining and losing the same 2 pounds over and over. I increased to 1390 about three weeks ago and have lost 2 pounds a week.0
