Sleep!

Hi All,

Stayed up till 4:00 AM last night, and then slept WAY in today. Jacked up my day and my hunger cycles ...now I WANT to go to sleep to get back on schedule, I'm but not tired at all!

Any non-pharmaceutical suggestions??

    I meditate. It helps me get sleepy even with the diet coke on my night stand.
  • Sleepy time tea and a book that you aren't that into...or the bible if you have one.

    Exercise. As much as I wish it gave me energy, instead it just makes me tired as hell lol

    Or...
    >Short, slow walk around the block
    >Hot bath w/ Lavender soap and/or candles
    >Tea or warm milk with toast and peanut butter (or any small combination of protein/carbs)
    >Lay down and rest.
    >Sleep, hopefully.

    In that order. lol Works for me, sometimes.

    Another thing... orgasms. Nuff said. ;)

    Agh, I wish I'd've checked back sooner...it's 6:00 AM and I haven't sleapt yet. LAME.

    But today is a new day and tomorrow a new night. I'll try tomorrow.
