    Congrats! I have been struggle with my weight for the last few years. I am a professor and the demands of work are ridiculous. I am also an Associate Minister and serve as a leader for several ministries. Seven weeks ago, I joined a Team weightloss group at my gym and attended 6 am sessions three days a week. I did another 2-3 days a week on my own. I lost 14 lbs in six weeks. I lost another 2 lbs the first week on my own. Looking at your picture is motivating me. My bodyfat is now 28.6 percent. Not sure if I can lose another 10 lbs considering bodyfat composition, height, and muscle mass, but I am determined to continue my early morning workouts. I need to have someone take pictures of me and I need to find some old photos of myself before I started my weightloss plan with the trainer and nutritionist. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

    Thanks! I am 5'2"... and, everyone asks if my girls are twins! They are 12 mos, ans 2 weeks apart! The older one is in the pink dress!
