I'm sure this has probably been done before, but I get a bit bored of my playlists, and constantly pressing onwards on shuffle is interrupting my athletic acheivements :P

What are the songs that really get you going on a good workout?

I'm open to any genre, any artist :)

Girl Talk... he's a DJ that mixes hits from every genre and decade into one song. He's pretty awesome to run to. My fave albums are "Feed the Animals" and "All Day".

I can't remember who it is by, but it's a hyped up version of "Set Fire To The Rain" by Adele. I got it when I went into the "fitness/workouts" genre of iTunes. It always makes me run a bit harder and faster.

    Especially:
    Main Event
    Champion
    Cover Girl
    Glamazon
    Tranny Chaser
    Superstar
    Jealous of My Boogie

The only problem is that I usually end up trying to dance while running and then I get all unbalanced and stuff, BUT WHATEVER.
  • Top songs on my Run list

Hangover - Taio Cruz and Flo Rida

    Waka Waka- Shakira

    Good Feeling -Flo Rida

Good Time - Owl City and Carlie Rae Jepson
  • Proud Mary - perfect for warm up on the running machine - builds up to a good run.
