Great Day to be Alive-Travis Tritt.
  • Chopin, if you like piano. Nocture Op.9 No.2 is probably his most recognizeable.

I always find the score from Forrest Gump relaxing/motivating as well.

I have iTunes radio on my computer and I listen to the CALMRADIO stations that are listed under the classical and jazz categories. My favorites stations are -

CALMRADIO light classic and new age instrumental

CALMRADIO beautiful classical and celtic harp music

CALMRADIO relaxing solo piano and solo guitar

    WHISPERINGS solo piano

If you don't have iTunes you can log in directly to calmradio.com :flowerforyou:

Thanks! I found this on youtube:

And that's what I am listening to right now, and prancing around my livingroom like Tinkerbell with my 2 year old haha
  • Anything by Norah Jones works for me, classically speaking I'm not so well versed. The musical score from the movie "Legends of the Fall" is pretty amazing though...good luck..

Smooth Jazz always works for me.
  • I'll do a bit of self-promotion and suggest this classical album we have recorded. It is an original symphonic suite written for a documentary movie on which I had the privilege to be first soloist (mezzo-soprano). Some people will say I am full of myself for suggesting this but it's not the case. I simply am extremely proud of what my friend composed. :-) All you have to do is copy this link and paste it in your browser.

If you want something really off the wall - Gregorian chant is very relaxing, but it is something most people either love or hate.
Joe Satriani is nice and relaxing, if you like electric guitar.
