Apple Cider Vinegar?????????

Apple cider vinegar contains malic acid. Malic acid is derived from apples and is sometimes used in skin care much like an alpha hydroxy acid(glycolic or lactic). My grandmother swears by apple cider vinegar for most things. She even uses it to soften the soles of her feet. Put some on cotton balls and massage into your feet. The malic acid will help to break down the dead, dry skin.

I found this, it helped me understand the many uses of acv but I have not tried it myself yet. I plan to though.:happy:
