shopping list must haves

Mine are; Nectarines, bananas, oats, green tea, wholemeal bread, broccoli, baby carrots and houmous.

    Options
    Coconut milk, strawberries, ground turkey, whole grain bread and skinny cow peanut butter bars. These are things I pick up every time I go to the store. I'm addicted!

    Low fat yogurt, ice cream in single serving cups, baked potato chips, frozen dinners for the high pain days, a rump roast to eat the rest of the time. Fresh veggies for stirfry. Garlic!!!!

    - 2-3 of the following at any time: spinach, broccoli, brussels sprouts, kale, green beans, green or red leaf lettuce
    - mushrooms
    - onions, garlic
    - tomatoes

    - greek yogurt, sometimes 1% cottage cheese
    - 2% milk

    - bananas
    - some other fruit, depending (usually peaches or berries)

    - bread, brown rice, pasta
    - lentils
    - oatmeal
    - Harvest Crunch cereal

    - at least one of: canned tuna, frozen tilapia, sometimes fresh salmon or trout
    - steak
    - chicken meat
    - lean ham or proscuitto
    - EGGS (definite must!)

    - peanut butter
    - strawberry jam
    - whole mustard
    - light cream cheese
    - roasted red pepper spread (not a must but love it)
    - butter
    - pesto
    - canned tomatoes if I want to make a sauce, if lazy, Catelli tomato & basil
    - olive oil, sunflower oil, balsamic vinegar

    - coffee, peppermint tea

    - brown sugar

    on occasion:
    - fresh herbs & flavour enhancers (dill, basil, ginger)
    - maybe a marinade if I`m lazy
    - beef, lamb, or pork roast
    - chocolate
