So it's past midnight and I'm super hungry.. I'm already 180 over my cal goals for today tho :-/ I know I need to do better planning on my end (damn starbucks!) lol Protein shake and go to bed or just go straight to bed? Hmmmmmm

    if its casein and you worked out today, then youll be fine...

    take half a scoop and drink some water as stated

    I think I'm gonna have a big glass of water and then get some sleep! I'll drink my protein shake instead of coffee in the morning! hehe

    being hungry can be a symptom of actually being tired.
  • Have an 8 oz glass of water, stop by the loo, and go to bed. Tomorrow you'll be glad you did.
