Any exercises for pecs besides push ups

I am hoping to get my breasts firm again after nursing. I cant do pushups because i have arthritis in my back

    This will help with the muscle underneath, as for the sag, welcome to motherhood & invest in a good push up bra.

    Doing chest flys with heavy weights have really improved my chest :wink:

    It took about 2 weeks of three times a week to see a reall difference

    after doing more exercise i have noticed a huge difference in my boobs after breast feeding!! they have lifted more than i thought they would and are getting (dare i say it) even better than before! but thats from pushups so i am interested what else i can do to carry on too! good luck!

    You got that right! With the right bra they will look as good as they did before the sag.


    Sorry OP, there are only two ways to get that look back after breast feeding, a good push up bra, or implants.
