    You definitely need that dress for the show! I like the idea of trying it with the boots as well.

    The dress. They make little fold up slippers to wear out so you don't have to have your heels on all the time. Can't remember what they are called, but they are like a ballet slipper that folds up and you can put it in your bag. Nothing like long legs in 4" heels to attract the guys.

    Edit: Oh, the little slippers are usually available in a vending machine in some clubs.

    I'm not really a fan of the purple suede shoes (I really dislike slingbacks) with the glitter and tassles on the dress.
    Do you have other shoes you can substitute them for? A simple pair of black courts perhaps?
    If not, swap for the boots from number 2.

    DON'T wear the boots with the #1 dress that clashes BADLY. I personally don't go for tassel dress either--very outdated!
