Please me as I am in need of support and motivation! I gave birth to my daughter at 200lbs! I am now 158! I was depressed, and tired of looking at myself in the mirror. I wanted a change but did not know how to do it and keep my milk supply. My friend invited me to her fitness challenge group. I had done p90x in the passed, so I knew that Beachbody programs worked. I started Chalean Extreme and I replaced a meal a day with Shakeology. Here I am now 23 lbs down! And happier than ever! I have my milk supply and my ideal body!

You look great! I'm so glad you posted this! I am also a nursing mom and starting my journey at 200lbs! I've lost a little bit but I still have a long way to go. It's great to see that it can be done while breastfeeding!0

Great job! I am also a nursing mom struggling to lose the weight without losing my milk supply. I was 223 when I had my daughter. I'm hoping to get down to 150 by Christmas. Thanks for sharing your story!0
