    Go to my profile photos. You will see the first set of photos was 30-Day Shred, second set was No More Trouble Zones, and the last set (between the bathing suit photo) is the 6-Pack in 6-Weeks progress (both Level 1 and Level 2 photos).

    Yes-- I got my rockin' abs in 6 weeks. :) Before doing this video, I was still 'fluffy' and had little tone.

    after i've lost weight i really want to do some workouts for my tummy, what would you suggest to a beginner? i like the sound of insanity but i think i'd have to work my way up to it!! You look great, i want a stomach like that by next summer!!

    Curious though: did you do 6w6p every day of the week for 6 weeks straight or what? I have 6w6p but never got more than a week into it as I got really bored!

    No. I did it three times a week.

    Thanks! I'm pretty sure I can toss that in 3 times a week and not get bored!

    The workout is like this (these are from both levels):
    - Basic warm-up (cardio and stretching)
    - Plank Jacks
    - Jumping Jackknives and regular jackknives
    - Standing crunches with weight (5lb-8lb)
    - Mountain Climbers
    - Double crunches
    - Bicycle crunches
    - Lighthouse with weights
    - Up and Downs with weights
    - Mobiles
    - Pilates-type ab moves
    - Weighted lunges
    - Side twists with weights
    - Weighted plank lifts
    - Superman
    - Side bends with weights
    - Back kicks
    - Leg extension kick backs
    - Plank twists

    For a beginner, definitely start with Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred to shred all fat off or at least most of it. Then, move on to No More Trouble Zones. Then-- go for this 6P6W training. Good luck!

    I don't think I will. I now plan to move on to Pilates every other day, and Weight Training every other day. (6 days a week workouts)

    I read that you did the 30 Day Shred in 30 days and the 6 Weeks-6 Pack in 6 weeks (3 times a week), but how long did you do No More Trouble Zones in between and how often a week?

    I did the 30 Day Shred in March and various stuff since. I haven't seen nearly the results with 6 Weeks-6 Packs and I think it is because I still need to get that layer of belly fat off first. I bought No More Trouble Zones last week and I think I should focus on that for now. Did you do NMTZ three times a week too and for how many months?

    I did the No More Trouble Zones for 40 days, and did it 4 times a week.
